What we access (read-only): your courses, your coursework, posted class materials, and class announcements.
Why: to show upcoming assignments on your dashboard and, only when you ask, to pull in the assignment's materials so Studious can generate study content from them. We never post, edit, or submit anything on your behalf.
Google Calendar
What we access: permission to create calendar events.
Why: so your exam countdowns and study blocks can be added directly to your Google Calendar. We only ever create events you've asked for — we don't read your existing calendar.
